1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier disruptions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via [carrier name, e.g. DHL, DPD, Royal Mail].
5. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU or UK, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Please note that as PEAKVISION BRANDS LTD is a UK-registered company shipping to EU customers, VAT and import rules may apply depending on order value. Orders above €150 may be subject to EU customs charges.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@eloeve.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for the full procedure.
